Head of Performance Media

Due to substantial growth, this exciting digital agency are looking to hire a Head of Paid Media to lead their Paid Performance offering and grow the team. Working across one of the most iconic clients in Australia This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing road-map including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, and analytics to guide the department's success.
Essential Functions - Duties and Responsibilities Be a leader, manager, and mentor to the Paid, Programmatic, Social and Display Teams. Set all strategic processes and policies for the Paid Media Department. On-going development and testing of new PPC & Display Strategies.
Be the face of the business for all things paid. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 6 years' experience in paid media. Up to the second knowledge with a finger on the pulse.
Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering results from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint Deep knowledge and experience with analytics tools Experience with national, local, and international campaigns This is a great opportunity for someone to move into a Director level role and grow a team of future rock stars around them, or a great move for someone currently doing a similar role wanting more from their employer and the opportunity to grow their role nationally.
