Control Room Analyst
In this varied and challenging role, no two days will be the same. You will assist with conflict clearance for Macquarie's business activities, including implementation and maintenance of restrictions on trading, advice and research. You'll be responsible for facilitating wall crossings from initial request to resumption of normal duties, along with communication and maintenance of the Bank's regulatory disclosures and substantial shareholding positions, which will require liaison across the organisation at all levels.
Other responsibilities include reviewing and clearance of investment research for conflicts of interest and adherence with policy. The team is also involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives which will focus on working with data to extract insights and automate processes. We ask that you combine your knowledge of financial products, strong attention to detail and analytical/data skills to help manage conflicts of interest across operational groups and ensure that the Bank avoids reputational damage.
