Australian owned, consumer goods / FMCG organisation Drive a data centric approach to uncovering insights within the current and future category trends, using these to develop commercial / actionable plans aligned to the overall business objectives; Act as the cross functional leader across Sales & Marketing to develop GTM strategy and ensure that sales are activating the brand strategy within their customer groups to executional excellence; Connect, engage and build a deep category focused relationship with key customer groups, presenting and influencing at category reviews and delivering adhoc category projects to retailers; and Development and execution of brand aligned in store activations, including promotions, events and POS. Just as important as your skillset with category and customer marketing is your ability to influence and drive change through developing deep relationships both with internal and external stakeholders. While you won't be afraid of tough conversations, you also will have high levels of both emotional intelligence and common sense.
