Professional Services Project Manager



An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, solution-focused Project Manager to work with an established professional services team. Our Professional Services Project Manager is central to the successful delivery of services to our customers. Our Professional Services team offer training, technical, and implementation services, for both new and existing merchants, in order to successfully and efficiently implement Shippit, along with a streamlined onboarding process.

The Project Manager is the main point of contact for large/enterprise-sized merchants and/or merchants requiring a custom integration into our platform, in order to achieve a successful and efficient implementation. Role responsibilities; Demonstrate proficiency in the Shippit Platform, Shippit Integrations and Shippit Professional Service offerings. Provide full platform training to new clients.

Create and manage ongoing relationships with clients through their early use of the Shippit Platform and during other key integrations/projects. Listen to the needs of new merchants and apply this knowledge to solve business challenges and help drive customer success. Communicate customer needs internally and collaborate effectively with other parts of the organisation to ensure customer success.

Create custom project plans and manage merchant implementations by applying Shippit Project Management methodologies across all customer projects. Manage new customer communications and share status updates with internal and external stakeholders. Simultaneously manage up to 15 concurrent midsize to enterprise projects.

Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services. Work cross-functionally to transition and handoff customers to Account Management at the end of the professional services engagement. Stay up-to-date on Shippit platform changes/new features.

Track all activities in Professional Services Administration (PSA) tool and document all client interactions. Tackle internal ad hoc assigned initiatives/projects. The experience we hope you will have; Bachelor’s Degree in business management/IT or related area 5 years prior experience in some of the following areas: implementation, technology, support, consulting or customer success Project management experience and skills Solid understanding of technical/software concepts Manages time and prioritise efforts effectively Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously under a tight deadline Core competencies of custome.
