Recruitment Consultant â€“ Accounting The accounting recruitment team at randstad in Melbourne currently have a vacancy for a consultant, responsible for temporary and permanent recruitment into our growing client base. Over the past 5 years we have successfully placed over 1,000 accounting professionals and are currently enjoying a period of stable growth, we have grown consistently for the past 3 years and have plans to continue that growth with an extra person in the team. There are six of us here in the accounting team, each focusing on different areas.
You will be buddied up with one of our successful consultants who has over 10 years experience placing accounting & professional jobs. In addition to this you will be able to draw on the expertise of a knowledgeable team, with over 40 years combined recruitment experience. You will be able to leverage business opportunities from our historic relationships in Melbourne, our teamâ€™s relationships in clients and the relationships of 30 other consultants in the office.
Randstad is on over 70 recruitment panels nationally. You would be responsible for: Developing and managing a client base. Developing and nurturing a talent pool and pipeline of available talent and growing networks.
Managing those networks and identifying opportunities for the candidates in your talent pool. Recruiting roles for clients within agreed timelines and to agreed service levels. Alongside you manager, formulating a client and candidate development plan to achieve personal sales targets.
Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities In accordance with that plan. Develop and maintain trusted relationships. Grow market share in existing and prospect clients.
Initiate a range of sourcing activities. Developing a managing the recruitment process for clients. Offering advice to clients.
