Regional Manager â€“ Full Time - Ongoing Location: Hunter and Central West Service NSW has current vacancy in our Service Centre leadership team. We are searching for the brightest leaders who are competently able to lead our frontline teams to achieve outcomes in a fast paced environment. You will be able to collaboratively drive innovation initiatives as well as manage the operations of Service Centres to achieve the required business performance, customer service, standards and compliance requirements.
You will be able to identify potential future leaders and champion their development within the organisation. This role will involve frequent and extensive travel across NSW. What skills you need to bring: Strong focus on the customer experience Previous multi-site management experience within a fast-paced environment Experience in leading mentoring and coaching a broad and geographically dispersed team to achieve high levels of work performance and compliance Proven capacity to initiate and manage change in a complex environment Proven experience in budget and performance management Remuneration: Grade 12: Package includes a base salary range between ($156,802 - $167,017), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
