HR Administrator (Maternity Leave Contract)
The Role We have a fantastic opportunity become available for a highly organised HR Administrator . This will be a 12-month maternity leave placement. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your primary role objective will be to provide all aspects of administration support ensuring all information is prepared in a high quality and timely manner.
Some of your key duties will include: Records maintenance Employee file auditing HR compliance Data entry Scheduling employee inductions Payroll data entry Time in attendance register monitoring Filing General administrative tasks The Successful Application This is an ideal role for a recent HR Graduate or an experienced HR Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, possesses a flexible and adaptable attitude, high attention to detail, proactive and is a team player. In addition, you will require: An ability to handle a varied and busy workload Valid Drivers Licence with own car Certificate or Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field (highly regarded) Previous experience working a 'blue collar' environment Strong MS Office skills Chameleon in your approach to your work by being able to deal with a variety of individuals Initiative and strong problem solving, with the ability to think on your feet Available Monday to Friday for a fixed 12-month maternity leave contract The Offer In return for your expertise, we can offer you a salary package of $65,700, a role close to home, on-site car park and chance to join a progressive organisation.
