Our EL1s play a critical leadership role in developing, coaching and mentoring our junior intelligence analysts, fostering collaboration, influencing organisational objectives and recognising and rewarding success and innovation. We are currently looking to fill multiple EL1 vacancies in our North Asia assessment capability. From this recruitment round an EL1 merit pool may be created to fill additional future vacant positions related to North Asia and may be used more broadly across our assessment capability.
