Located in Mulgrave you will be required to work Monday to Friday. Your duties will include however are not limited to; Provide high- level administrative support to two General Managers Maintain timely and effective internal and external communications Manage incoming and outgoing communication Draft and edit correspondence, communications and presentations Manage logistics for executive meetings, workshops, events and functions Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes Establish and implement organisational systems and processes Oversee purchasing, invoicing, reimbursements and record keeping To be considered for this position you ideally will possess the following; Previous experience as Executive Assistant is highly regarded Prior experience working within a similar environment Ability to adjust to an ever-changing environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organisational and time management skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook If the above sounds like you please APPLY NOW Please include a cover letter with your application.
