The opportunity at AIA We are looking for an energetic and passionate client service representative to join our Group Insurance team. This is a permanent full time opportunity, working with a supportive leader who will help you learn and grow into the role. Looking after multiple funds, this position will reward you by keeping you busy with its diverse range of tasks.

This is a fantastic entry level role within a growing organisation, if you are keen to start a career in insurance, this could be the role for you Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from claimants Action all administrative requirements with a focus on first contact resolution Demonstrate first class service with an empathetic approach Work as part of a team to manage the workloads across calls and admin tasks Flexible to rotating shifts, covering 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday Positive attitude and comfortable in working in a changing environment How will you make a difference: You will have proven customer service skills that you have gained by working across hospitality, retail, finance or insurance sectors, in either a service, coordination or administrative functions. This role doesn’t require you to have insurance knowledge as we will provide full training, we are looking for someone with the desire to learn new skills and pick up new technology with ease.
