OFFICE CLERK/PRIVATE SECRETARY Narromine Irrigation Board of Management are currently looking for a highly motivated Office Clerk/Private Secretary for a Part Time position being 19hrs a week. Our office is located at 48 Warren Road, Narromine. You will be working closely with our manager ensuring the smooth operation of the irrigation scheme.
The role and responsibilities include: General office duties, wages, book keeping using MYOB, maintaining records and management of data base systems. Preparing invoices, reports, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing statements. Attending monthly board meeting and recording minutes.
