You'll be part of fast-paced, dynamic team providing client support to our Health Software Medium/Large Specialist client segment.You will build and develop relationships with existing and new clients through your pro-active approach. You will understand and interpret your clients' needs, and help MedicalDirector maintain its growth by ensuring strong client retention.
Requirements A Typical Day Might Look Like: Partnering with existing and sourcing new clients across Australia with the goal to maximise revenue via renewals, product and service up-sell and cross-sell, and by site expansion. Developing and closing sales by researching and identifying potential opportunities; soliciting new clients; building rapport and negotiating to arrive at the best solution. Conduct comprehensive and tailored product demonstrations.
Attending events, conferences and workshops to connect with clients, prospects and partners. Achieving the set monthly sales and retention targets and other KPIâ€™s as required. Collaborating with the Product/Customer Support team to provide feedback and to grow your product knowledge.
Studying the competition to find new ways to retain customers. Maintaining your 30/60/90 day forecast pipeline, quotes and meetings in Salesforce. Travelling interstate You are great at: Working towards and achieving targets.
Consultative selling, solution selling, negotiation. Being a self-starter who is not afraid to tackle challenges within this fact-paced and tranformational industry. Being an excellent communicator who is able to grasp customer needs.
Delivering exceptional client service and being passionate about delivering value to clients. Organising your time effectively. You may have: Previous field sales experience working in a technology/health industry.
