We support a flexible workplace and we are committed to an inclusive and diverse culture where differences are embraced About the role: As the Business Development Associate, your role is to assist the Business Development Manager during the time they are on the road meeting and coaching brokers, by helping with current deals in the system, accreditations of new brokers. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and as such, will require a high level of communication, both written and verbal.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Providing support to the BDM's through assisting with their email and escalations Liaising with brokers Supporting the accreditation process for brokers Liaising with internal stakeholders with regards to broker applications and settled loans About you: To be considered for this role, you should have the following: Experience in residential mortgage lending High attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong numerical and analytical skills This role requires you to be self-motivated and directed, with an ability to prioritise your work independently.
