Data and Reporting Analyst



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data and Reporting Analyst to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at Sydney Olympic Park with potential to extend or move to a permanent position. The purpose of this role is to manage service level performance reporting across all services, systems and applications in the ICT portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyse Lion and service partner datasets to: Identify and remediate data discrepancies across operational processes and foundation data for reporting Determine suitability to meet business needs and provide recommendations to IT management on areas for service improvement Highlight, document and prioritise data gaps to enable the business to build plans to rectify gaps Work with Service Partners to compile weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and quality of data delivered for Lion executive.

Prepare ad hoc business reports as required. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience in Reporting Analyst roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid MS Office Suite skills In depth knowledge of advanced MS Excel functions Engaging communication/presentation skills Exceptional ability in constructing reports and articulating insights Demonstrated strong commitment to quality Demonstrated strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Good organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Have a proven ability to work under pressure in a team environment To drive change, we’re committed to a lifetime of exploring, leaving ourselves open to what’s possible and creating a future beyond what we imagined.
