ABOUT THE CLIENT The client we are working with is a beautifully run hotel in the southern highlands. They have over 60 rooms at their hotel and a number of private amenities available to staff and candidates. Their restaurant serves a mixture of French Australian cuisine.
Heading into Spring the hotel is known for their functions, holding a large number of weddings and events every week. ABOUT THE ROLE The role is for a Sous Chef who is wanting to advance their career and take a more authoritative position. We are looking for someone bright and bubbly but above all else is creative.
While experience as a Sous is highly recommended we will consider someone with the relevant time in a slightly lower position. You will be working in the restaurant and will be required for events also.
