ABOUT THE CLIENT The client is a busy pub in the parliamentary triangle and they are looking for an experienced sous to step in The pub boasts its british interior style and fantastic pub grub style food. They have been around for over 25 years and are cemented in the history of the area. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a sous that knows how to get the job done and wants to advance their career.
The training and mentoring required for an experienced & keen CDP will be provided. We are after someone who has passion and drive to deliver great food and will continue this pubs great tradition. The right candidate will be driven to get the job done and done well.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU Sous Chef $60,000 - $65,000 (Exp level dependant) Parliamentary Triangle Flexible Roster POSITION REQUIREMENTS Passion and Drive 4 years as a qualified chef Ability to work in a fast paced environment OUR SPECIALISATION We provide you the best choice in Chef & Kitchen roles as well as Front of house and Management roles across Canberra and Southern NSW.
