Security Operations Coordinator | ACT
Our client, a giant in security services, is looking for a strong leader experienced in security operations to join their team. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for the client and be responsible and accountable for the overall operations of the site. Key responsibilities: Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with all relevant contracts, legislation, regulations and company policies by employees and sub-contractors in the region Coordinate rosters to achieve operational and cost-efficient rosters Visit sites and conduct regular auditing and assessments of employees Assist management in preparation and review of operational, site and safety plans/procedures Lead and mentor the site staff including inductions, training, leave management and payroll etc.
and prepare payroll documentation to be submitted Contactable 24/7 and the ability to attend site if any emergency situations arise From time to time and required travel interstate to conduct audits and assessments Skills and experience required: Must be an Australian Citizen Minimum Class 1 Security Licence and a current First Aid Certificate Minimum 5 years' experience within the Security industry, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or similar role Exceptional communication, both verbal and written Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills High level of attention to detail and strong problem solving capabilities This is a growing company with plenty of career progression for the right candidate.
