Seeking experienced Property Manager to manage portfolio of under 150 properties. THE ROLE: Under 150 properties All local properties Conduct Routine Inspections Leasing Sign ups VCAT hearings Maintenance Arrears Communication with Tenants and Landlords Monday to Friday only (optional Saturday's if you wish to earn extra $$$) ABOUT YOU: Have at least 2 years' Property Management experience Must hold an agent rep certificate Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence Excellent communication and written skill Organised and pro active Be well presented with a can do attitude.
