Working alongside a close knit and collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care to the residents of the Aged Care Facility.
Your work within these facilities will improve residents well being of life by communicating effectively with residents, medical practitioner, allied health staff and families. DUTIES. Conduct comprehensive client assessments Assisting with development and implementation of clinical plans Care planning, wound care and medication management Liaising with other Allied Health practitioner to assist with care SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
