Our client are a bespoke construction company with experience in the building and development industry, spanning across commercial, residential multi-unit and townhouses. About the Role: Due to company expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our energetic team.

You will provide hands-on, end-to-end site supervision of various construction projects ranging from high-end residential, multi-unit, and low rise commercial. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Supervise all construction projects ensuring their successful completion Take ownership and offering expertise by utilizing new and existing building techniques Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and various stakeholders Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracts and agreements Manage and lead direct reports and subcontractors Enforce OH&S requirements across job sites and a high standard of finish across the projects with outstanding attention to detail Adhere and manage project jobs, budgets, time schedules and deadlines Why Join Us?
