THE OPPORTUNITY As an Estimator will be responsible for preparation and submission of allocated Tenders and Quotations within the required time frames for our current and expanding client base and should have an in-depth understanding of Australian codes and standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As an Estimator, you are required to have experience in the trade industry with the ability to work on multi trade tender to assist and lead the commercial components during a bid / tender within Facilities Managements contracts and projects while also ensuring systems and approvals are in place for daily quotations.

Knowledge of all the following trades are desirable; Mechanical (HVAC) Services, Electrical Services, Fire Services, Plumbing Services, Building Services The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Australian codes and standards. Assist the management team in the identification of new business opportunities that align with the Company's business plans and overall strategies Reporting of profitability against variable work and technician utilisation.

Accurate preparation of detailed Variations / Estimates / Quotations. Identification of commercial risk on both existing and new potential contracts while also defining suitable solutions to these matters COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years' experience in an Estimations role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and competent using MS Excel (pivot tables, v-look-ups & formulas) Outstanding attention to detail and reconciliation skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work with conflicting time constraints and work on several projects simultaneously Understanding of contracts and pricing models WHAT WE OFFER We will offer an attractive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.
