About The Role Due to increased growth a number of positions have become available for a Customer Service Associate to join their centralised National call centre based in Salisbury. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role will see you handling a large volume of inbound calls and emails, resolving queries, making outbound calls, accurately entering details on to the database and responding to queries via emails. Your main focus will be to promptly provide a high level of customer service and see each query through to completion.

The role is very much like running your own business, you are in charge of your own work and need to research the answers to every query. There is a lot to learn and it a great team whom take their work seriously and work collaboratively. This is also a great role to learn the grass roots of an Industry which will then be a great basis to grow your career from.

We seek applicants whom what longevity and stability within a company and their career. This Package Includes On offer is a 6 month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity to get a foot through the door with a leading International organisation which may lead to a permanent fulltime position.

The position is based in Salisbury and there is onsite parking available.
