Social Media Specialist
Manage all aspects of our social media platforms, taking Bras N Things to the next level Unique opportunity in our Bras N Things Marketing team Grow your career in social media As our social media specialist, you will take our brand to the next level giving our customers an experience like no other, through building strong communities across all of our social platforms. You'll have the exciting responsibility of planning, executing and moderating all social media content for all of our channels â€“ coming up with best in class ideas and managing the production of these. This includes creating and scheduling content for the social platforms, influencer management and community management.
You'll also be the go-to team player that is on the ground capturing content around Bras N Things HQ and retail and from time to time at key campaigns and events. Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to: Creating and scheduling content for the social platforms, influencer management and community management of the brand Developing, maintaining and executing a social media calendar in line with content strategy Proactively engaging with our passionate social media community and fostering positive sentiment Developing recommendations for how and when to engage key influencers, overseeing the creation of any content produced Working alongside marketing team to develop social strategies that compliment key campaigns Creating and delivering content to be utilised by the online team for Digital Marketing purposes About You At least 2 years' experience in a fast paced social media role Experience within fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands is preferred Experience in content creation through photo shoots for social platforms is desirable Competent in Adobe Photoshop Highly organised, with ability to multitask and quickly adapt as priorities shift Experience using social analytics tools to make content more effective Proactive with a high attention to detail, resolution-orientated and proven problem-solving skills Solid understanding of emerging and established influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space Ability to manage multiple brand messaging, each with a different customer demographic Highly organized and process driven Our Culture Our Culture is found in the little thingsâ€¦our focus on Customers, communication, Team building and the respect that our Team have for each other creates an environment full of passion, proactivity and positive attitudes.
