Opportunity Our client is a progressive Facilities Management company who have been successfully winning new business over the last 24 months. As the result of recently securing new business they’re looking to hire a Facilities Manager with experience of managing commercial buildings. About We’re looking for a Facilities Manager with a track record of managing A & B grade properties with first hand experience of managing essential services.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of there work, being prepared to take a hands on approach when required. This could mean changing a light bulb, reprograming a BMS system or turning up in the middle of the night due to an alarm going off. Duties will include managing the day to day operations of a busy corporate office location, overseeing contractors, managing inductions, essential services and monitoring accounts.

You will have an eye for detail, being able to work autonomously having had a track record of working in a similar roles in the past, project management skills are also desirable. Requirements Base building FM experience essential Hard & soft services FM experience First class stakeholder engagement skills A Mechanical or Electrical background is essential Knowledge of compliance and OH&S First class communications skills Trade or tertiary qualified Why apply: This is a great opportunity to join a company who have significant growth plans ahead of them.
