About the role: As a group claims assessor you will be managing a small portfolio of end-to-end claims Provide exceptional customer service, including ongoing interaction with members, medical / legal professionals, and service providers Investigations, strategies and planning to achieve positive outcomes for the customer Participate in business initiatives and projects.
