Our field service activities include repair, maintenance, installation and commissioning of electrical distribution and critical power &/or cooling infrastructure We have an exciting Sydney based role, for a Field Service Coordinator/Planner in a fast-paced environment within a tight knit dynamic team, who love to have fun This critical position has direct influence on revenue, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction by ensuring our service teams are operating productively and are well organised. The key aims of this role will be to ensure the effective coordination and scheduling of field service activities and minor projects.
Moving components would include; access to customer plant/assets, resources (Schneider technicians and trusted 3rd party partners) and spare parts etc. Throughout all phases of the field services process, communication with the client will be a critical success factor, as will the ability to work with ambiguity and with rapidly shifting priorities as well as updating of digital systems (CRM/Databases etc) We believe that essential to success in this role will require the following: Demonstrable experience in a Service Coordination role within a complex technical sector Whilst IT industry, data centres, electrical distribution &/or cooling systems knowledge is advantageous, more importantly is the ability to pick up key information quickly Ability to deal professionally and logically when faced with ambiguity, as well as remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes rapidly changing priorities Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills are in your DNA, similarly the ability to resolve customer issues Resilience and a â€˜can doâ€™ attitude, determination and a genuine passion to succeed Excellent digital systems skills with a high level of proficiency with the MS Office Suite At Schneider Electric your career will be mean....
