The opportunity… A rare and exciting opportunity has emerged for a passionate and motivated Account Manager to join the team working across the Sydney CBD. This opportunity represents an impressive territory to manage with huge potential for growth and opportunities to keep you challenged in your role.

In this role you will manage key existing accounts and seek out opportunities for growth within them. You will develop professional relationships with your customers, gaining a strong understanding of their business and their needs. Utilising your strong business acumen and strategic thinking, you will identify opportunities and provide credible insight to customers and stakeholders.

About you…. To excel in this role you will have solid account management experience within a customer-facing environment. With a genuine curiosity to understand your customers and the ability to handle interpersonal relationships empathetically, you build rapport with people easily, and identify growth opportunities for the company to explore.

You are able to confidently communicate with customers and key stakeholders alike, demonstrating adept negotiating and influencing skills. With experience in a CRM such as Salesforce, and proficient in your use of Outlook and powerpoint, you are able to plan and prioritise your workload to achieve success.
