Requirements Feeling Inspired? Then this may be the opportunity for you We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Commercial & Design) to join our vibrant NSW team. This exciting role you will act as front-line representation to our valued Commercial & Design Architects, designers, developers, commercial and multi-residential builders and commercial plumbers. You will also be responsible for executing relevant strategic business and promotional plans in the multi-residential and commercial building segment to provide sustainable revenue / gross margin growth whilst developing and strengthening relationships with our valued Architects and Interior Designers.

The successful BDM will deliver and exceed revenue targets and promote the use of electronic access systems to the nominated target market segments. We offer support and mentoring through this position, but you will need to build strong, productive customer relationships through face to face sales calls and agreed service standards. This role will be focusing on a defined territory by promoting our extensive range of GWA products.

In this role you will have an already an ongoing healthy existing portfolio for you to grow along with the opportunity to bring in new business opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience preferably within the Building materials industry with a defined passion for driving new business within existing accounts and increasing market share and overall profitability. This combined with your stellar relationship management, sales and customer service skills that will see you well placed to deliver upon our vision of creating bathroom and kitchen sanctuaries in our consumer’s homes.
