About the Organisation For over 50 years, Nadrasca a community based disability service provider has become one of the larger and most progressive in Victoria, offering a broad range of services that include supported employment, training, disability support and accommodation to over 400 people with a disability. Nadrasca is a values-based organisation which promotes a trustworthy, caring, respectful and supportive service. Reporting to the Executive Director and with 8 direct reports and as a key member of a dynamic management team you will be responsible for the management of Corporate Services and the overall business operations of Nadrasca which employees approximately 170 full time, part-time and casual staff across the organisation.
Core duties Overall management of the company's finances, HR systems, assets, information technology and administration Financial Management includes, preparation of budgets, review, develop and maintain financial accounting and payroll systems Ensure accountability to funding bodies Leadership and Management System Development and Management Human Resources and Physical Resources Management Management of the NDIS Support Team Qualifications and Experience CPA / CA qualifications highly desirable Proven experience in financial management at a CFO level A broad understanding of the NDIS funding and billing requirements essential Ability to management Human, Physical and ICT resources Skills and Attributes Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal Excellent time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines A strong work ethic and a visionary leader In return you will enjoy working for a highly successful and respected organisation who have fully transitioned to NDIS and a broad and challenging role where you will be well supported by a dedicated, passionate and experienced team.
