posting on Careers site & elsewhere] Customer Experience Specialist - Core The role: As a Customer Experience Specialist within the core accountancy team, you will have the overall responsibility of providing support and guidance to clients in regards to Xero. You will develop a thorough understanding of accounting practices to advise customers on the best use of Xero for them. You will be liaising with customers via our online platform and telephone to troubleshoot and resolve queries.
The hours for this role are from 10:30am - 7:00pm Monday to Friday You will have the opportunity to: Maintain a high quality of written and verbal communication; Consult with other members of Xero to help investigate and provide customers with a resolution; Act as a Subject Matter Expert for customers; Provide Customers with a beautiful experience; Support the Xero Core product. In order to be successful in this role, you will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proven Accounting knowledge; Experience working within an accounting environment; Confidence with Microsoft Word and Excel; Why Xero?
