Our products are used extensively across the construction, manufacturing, transport, mining and agricultural industries. About the role As our new Internal Sales Rep, you will contribute to the success of Austube Mills by developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and make ATM the supplier of choice. Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, this role is responsible for managing orders and customer requests predominately through phone, email and EDI.

This role involves liaison across the broader business and is critical to ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded. The role also involves ensuring non-prime and surplus products are sold to boost cash and profit recover input costs as well as maximize warehouse space in the business. Your main duties will include: Develop and maintain customer relationships through service excellence Understand and balances both business and customer needs Liaise internally with operational and technical departments to ensure customer specific needs are met Communicate with despatch to ensure customer urgent orders are despatched in a timely manner Promote slow moving stock Processe customer orders and offers alternatives if customer requirement is not available Manage & sells mill manufacturing errors and over rolls Analyse open orders to pre-empt any problems that may arise.

About your experience The ideal candidate will have a sales background, preferably acquired in a processing, fabrication or construction business. Previous experience with SAP will be highly regarded. Commercially astute, you will also bring to the role your excellent communication skills, along with your driven attitude and your relationship management skills.
