The exciting opportunity: Role available due to internal progression Full operational responsibility of the flagship facility with support from a Hotel Services Manager and Clinical Manager Achieve optimal levels of care that are resident focused within a framework of strong financial, clinical and human resource management Continue to build and embed a positive, collaborative and high achieving culture that is in line with the company’s mission and values Drive occupancy through brand awareness, outstanding customer service and a strong reputation Implement and support quality improvement activities to meet the new legislative requirements and exceed industry standards Ensure service excellence by building and maintaining positive relationships with residents and their families About you: Previous experience as a Facility or Operations Manager within Residential Aged Care is essential Passionate about making a difference and living by the values of Compassion, Integrity and Excellence Motivated and outcomes focused with strong business and financial acumen and a commitment to high quality care Driven, collaborative and self-directed leader with superb communication and relationship building skills A proven track record leading facilities through accreditations and an understanding of the new aged care standards Benefits of the role: Have the autonomy to run the facility successfully whilst receiving excellent support from Central Services and an onsite Hotel Services Manager and Clinical Manager Join a provider with a strong commitment to not only meeting, but exceeding industry quality standards AHPRA registration is not required Salary to be negotiated with the successful applicant Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice.
