Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a leading enterprise and grow your career What you will be doing As an inbound customer service operator, you will have the opportunity to display your stellar communication and problem-solving skills as you conduct customer service. It will be your responsibility to professionally answer and resolve customers' calls regarding the company's products such as wall ceiling products, tools, and accessories.
You will also deal with deliveries and invoicing as well as settling issues and complaints about deliveries and warranties. Work in a flexible rotating dayshift roster (5:30am -1:30pm, 6:30am - 2:30pm, and 9:00am - 5:00pm shifts). This is an internal role where you will be based in an easily accessible office location in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
