Your duties will include the following: Meeting and greeting customers and clients. Emails and organisation of diaries.
General Ad Hoc office duties. Manage bookings: conferences, meeting room & agendas. Phone switchboards: answering phone calls, taking messages.
Forwarding and redirecting calls. Food & beverage service where required. Your skills should include the following: Self starter and ability to use initiative.
Impeccable time management and organisation skills. Ability to multi task and prioritize. Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Strong technical skills. Word processing, excel, outlook etc. Fantastic interpersonal skills.
