The role You will be kept busy in this role managing the day to day running of the reception alongside the Senior Receptionist. The duties include; Screening calls and managing the switchboard Meeting and greeting clients Maintaining the meeting rooms Diary management Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers Organising catering Oversee cleanliness of reception Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access General admin duties What you will need If you have previous experience working in a Legal or Corporate Reception position this might be just the role for you.
