Brand Content Manager
Reporting to the Head of Media, Content and Data, this role has accountability for leading and supporting brands during their content strategy development across Nestle. The role is designed to accelerate the creation and production of quality and contemporary content (particularly in digital).
The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities where data can enhance the relevancy and cut-through of the content across different touchpoints and high value audiences. Your strategic approach to our owned assets will ensure our communications include a clear value exchange and opportunity for data capture. You will have an open and curious approach to adopting new production opportunities in the market to improve operational and creative excellence.
Position Summary Accelerating and driving the Content Strategy across the organization and establishing a screens and audiences mindset for content creation and execution Test and learn agile creative production opportunities to deliver efficiencies across the business. Connect with Global counterparts to build and learn with speed and agility. Management of creative and digital agency output and performance through tools such as APRAIS, quality of briefs, annual competitive reviews.
Activate and deliver value of our JBP with key publishers such as Facebook, Google, TEADS etc. to increase quality of our creative, test new creative concepts. What we are looking for in you? Min.
8 yearsâ€™ experience in successful development and implementation of content marketing strategy. Min. 12 years business (minimum 7yr in large operations / agency / client).
Experienced content briefing and creative production â€“ Analytical skills in data gathering and interpretation to inform content strategy, optimise existing content and evaluate past content. Solid understanding of adaption of an idea into multiple touchpoints. Experienced and very comfortable in digital first assets creation, with a focus in short form video (15â€³ and 6â€³) across multiple touchpoints including social.
Strong demand generation, communication development and digital capabilities in building leading brands.
