Our client is looking for an overachieving customer service officer to join their friendly and professional team in a leading machine manufacturing company. Client Details Our client is one of the most trusted organisations in Australia, they work alongside other big competitors in their bust market and are seeking outstanding customer service representatives to join their friendly team – MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Description Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following: Entering sales orders into SAP Ensuring customers orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner Prepare quotations for customers as required Responsible for dealing with customer queries, complaints, claims and providing support documents as required Profile We are looking for the following in a great candidate: Previous customer service experience Great communication skills dealing with internal and external customers Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to use initiative in any situation High attention to detail is a MUST Great time management and well organised Job Offer Friendly and supportive team environment On site parking – but also local to public transport if needed Ongoing training and development / supportive team environment Immediate start on offer with a temp to perm contract To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
