Property Development Sales Consultant
A permanent opportunity, with an immediate start, for a passionate and qualified Property Development Sales Consultant. Client Details Our client is the Australian arm of a well known, global Property Development organisation. Having been operating in Australia for almost five years now, they have experienced enormous growth in headcount and looking to expand their sales team even further.
They pride themselves on providing a world class service, to their customers within both the commercial and residential capacity. Description The key accountabilties for the Property Development Sales Consultant will include, but not be limited to; Daily reporting of sales and client information into Salesforce; All potential clients need to be dealt with in a timely, courteous and professional manner; Work with channel agents to achieve sales and profit targets assigned; Optimise and report on all sales performance and results; Encourage Salesforce usage; Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to implement promotions and project launches; Provide and report market and competitor information to the Sales & Marketing team; Complete and maintain all financial and operational KPIs for assigned sales goals Report overall results of assigned sales (Sales, Profit, Receivable) to Sales and Marketing Manager. Profile The successful candidate must possess; A strong passion for real estate and property sales; Confidence and enthusiasm; A minimum of 1 years' professional experience within a Project sales environment; Ability to work proactively to achieve sales targets; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; A Bachelor's degree, as a minimum education level; Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce; High levels of proficiency on the MS Office Suite; A Current, valid Real Estate certificate.
