Covering an array of customers, our client is proud to be Australian owned and have an immediate need for a highly experienced Payroll Officer to join their team. Job Description: As the interim Part Time - Payroll Officer, you will be reporting into the Senior Payroll Officer and your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Maintaining and updating employee records in an accurate manner Processing timesheets for up to 600 employees on a weekly basis Managing stakeholder queries via phone and e-mail EBA and Award interpretation Assist with month end reporting General administration related to payroll services Set up new employees and terminations Improve efficiencies and provide recommendations to the Payroll Manager Other ad hoc duties as per the Payroll Managerâ€™s request Ideal Candidate: To be considered successful as the Payroll Officer you must have 3-5 yearsâ€™ experience within a similar position and be immediately available.
A focus on customer service and strong communication skills is imperative to succeed in this position. A proven track record of Chris21 is mandatory to be considered for this position.
