Located in the Blacktown area. The Position Provide administrative support to a property portfolio, ensuring all lease and other agreements are documented, followed up and remain compliant to the terms and conditions of the property requirements.

Responsibilities will include; Manage all annual legislated compliance certificates Assist in finding, negotiating & implementing new lease opportunities Develop and maintain a site asset inventory Coordinate property leases, terms and conditions Ensure the organisation remains compliant to all property agreement T&C Monitor & advise of landlord issues & provide follow up communication and reporting Monitor outgoings at site level against income streams at site level and notify of discrepancies Meet with assets & tenancy teams to ensure information is being appropriately communicated and followed up Provide preferred supplier and product listings to the business Provide input into systems and processes Manage utilities agreements, identifying cost saving opportunities Review and approval of invoices for payment Preparation of input for property budgets The Candidate (essential) Experience in leasing and property contracting Proven experience in property lease management Confidence in compliance of legislated property compliance matters Skills in procurement of goods and services Ability to negotiate terms re: renewals Sourcing new lease locations when required Strong attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with stakeholders The Benefits Career advancement Take ownership of a new position A supportive, successful and results driven culture Benefits associated with working for a NFP business The chance to work for a well-regarded, professional organisation To apply, please click the appropriate link below or for a confidential discussion call Diana Josic on 0450 510 277 / 8315 8804.
