The role This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to be part of our small team delivering high volume permanent, temporary and casual recruitment. Working within the Careers team, you will support the successful talent acquisition and retention of high quality staff to fill vacancies in our Central Office and early childhood education and care services across NSW, VIC, the ACT and QLD. Your key responsibilities will include: Implement efficient and effective recruitment practices to effectively attract, screen and select suitable applicants Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and hiring managers Achieve agreed key performance indicators Manage onboarding and off boarding of candidates Collaborate, communicate and work effectively as a member of the team About You To be successful for the role you will have: Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude and enjoy liaising with busy Centre Directors and Practice Managers A collaborative team approach Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly Strong computer skills Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports Previous experience in a similar role Why join us?
