Youâ€™ll monitor care plans, maintain a responsiveness and holistic approach to developing needs and support them to live independently Youâ€™ll work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting one another to deliver outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvements centred on residentâ€™s health and wellness. With no two days ever the same, youâ€™ll apply your clinical problem-solving skills whilst delegating care responsibilities within your teamâ€™s scope of practice.
