They are the go-to leaders in this field. Off the back of recent growth, they are now looking to bring on board 2 mature Business Development Managers to drive new business opportunities, manage existing clients, and close sales and in this highly consultative environment.
Position As a Business Development Manager for their HR & Workplace Management division, you will be responsible for: Consultative B2B sales of workplace management solutions including software, WH&S and HR advice Membership sales to new and existing clients New business development focus, with some account management and customer service across a designated portfolio Generating sponsorship interest and signups for various events Thinking outside the box to source and prospect new leads, with a mature and consultative approach Updating current members on new products/promotions/services Occasional client visits and networking at industry events Skillset The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: B2B sales experience (ideally some face-to-face) with a mature and professional style A proactive â€œhunterâ€ mentality for sourcing new opportunities An autonomous â€œcan doâ€ attitude FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA Package / Perks $70k super uncapped comms Attractive Commission structure Gym membership, private health cover, discounted travel / banking / retail Full-time Monday to Friday opportunity If this sounds like a good fit, please apply via the link and all candidates will be contacted directly.
