As a key member of the process control team you will be tasked with developing long term relationships through providing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an existing client base whilst being proactive in developing new business in WA’s growing market. This role will be challenging yet broadly rewarding for the right candidate looking to propel their sales career by having the right attitude and consultative approach to sales.

Client Details Our client have a proud history of delivering project management and engineering services from start to finish throughout the entire project life-cycle from feasibility studies, conceptual design, supply, implementation and commissioning through to extensive post-project support and training. They understand the importance of after-sales service within the resources space and have created this role partly to help provide the best support to their valued clients. Description Key responsibilities or the role include Manage existing business relationships to achieve revenue targets Develop customer relationships and a strong client portfolio Build in-depth relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Strategically plan and prioritise sales activities through call plans, cold calling and seeking cross-selling opportunities Effectively manage client queries and resolve them in a timely manner using your product expertise Exceed customer service and sales targets Be a team player in supporting the rest of the team in achieving overall targets and to grow the business in order to reach their long term goals Profile Background of the successful candidate A track record of successfully solution selling technical products into WA’s resources sector Ideally a technical understanding of process controls or electrical engineered products An understanding of WA’s mining sector including how to navigate around sites and build relationships with key decision makers on site Ideally a background in the Challenger sales model which revolves around having a solid understanding of the issue a client is facing and actively explaining the solution to them Account management experience dealing with key accounts with a consultative approach, almost becoming a part of your clients company due to the rapport you have built Job Offer On offer Strong company culture Progression opportunities Competitive remuneration package To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
