Client Details Our client is a global manufacturer that distributes a diverse range of packaging services across the world. Their large team of dedicated workers are there to support and welcome you into their environment, while they need someone to come in and hit the ground running with their extensive Accounts Receivable knowledge.

Description This Accounts Receivable position will play an important role in the overall financial performance of the organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will include but will not be limited to the following: Adherence to corporate compliance policies in the continual improvement process within the accounts receivable department. Credit control and debt collection duties Ensure sales invoices are processed timely and accurately.

Bank Statement Uploads, and Reconciliation over multiple Data Bases Ensure weekly and monthly functions together with associated reports are completed on a timely manner. Stakeholder queries are responded to on a timely and professional manner. Manage expectation of key stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop and maintain good professional relationship with customers and management alike.

Applying Receipts against Invoices Build and enhance a “customer focused culture” to ensure Accounts Receivable deliver first class support service to all of its stakeholders. Assist in internal and external audit functions. Profile The successful candidate must be immediately available and have 3 years proven experience in a full function Accounts Receivable role.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar high volume position with exposure to a large customer database. The ability to work in a complex environment is crucial alongside a strong demonstration of advanced communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Experienced with Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable.
