Organisational Change Manager
Inner City Location with Parking Available Large Scale Industry Project | Lead a Team Competitive Salary Package | 2-Year Contract The Position The Change Manager will be engaged for a two-year, large-scale change program which is one of its kind in the industry. This role will act as the senior HR expert on the project and you will oversee all people related matters across the organisation from a change perspective. Leading a team of 60 professionals, you will oversee the change project and its impact across the organisation and broader industry.
Key Responsibilities Deliver innovative and practical solutions for change with the ability to negotiate, motivate and influence your stakeholders to develop high-performing and collaborative working teams. Apply a structure methodology and lead change management activities; Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications; Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience rolling out large-scale change projects (HR focused); Qualifications in Change Management (Prosci Certified Change Practitioner etc.
) and strong understanding of project management methodologies; Demonstrated experienced in the field of Human Resources with deep understanding of employment relations and industrial relations and how these functions directly interact with organisational change; Experience in a large-scale and complex organisation, managing large teams.
