Desktop and Office 365 Support Officer | KU Children's Services - Full Time

The Role Our children's services enjoy the support of a shared services team based out of our Central Office in Sydneyâ€™s CBD.
Our IT team is currently looking for a Desktop and Office 365 Support Officer to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, accruing one monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO). This position will see you providing support services to all of our central office employees and childrenâ€™s services across the eastern seaboard of Australia. The main responsibilities of this role are to: Provide customer focused support to all KU employees in a timely manner Respond to user requests; tracking and escalating where necessary and prioritise user requests based on their severity and urgency Follow organisation standards, policies and procedures Assist users at any level of KU who have varied experience levels of IT computing Travel to different KU services if/when required What we're looking for (essential criteria) We want you to be as committed to achieving positive outcomes as we are.
In addition, you will have: Unlimited work rights to enable you to work in Australia A valid NSW Working With Children Check A current Australian Driver Licence A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role working in IT working for a professional company in the areas of support or consulting with exposure to SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI and Power Apps Sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 Basic understanding of Microsoft and Azure Active Directory Proficient understanding of Mobile and Smart devices operating on Apple IOS and Android Why join us?
