Highly sought after global financial services firm are seeking a versatile Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team. One of the worlds largest, most reputable and prolific Investment Management companies are seeking the expertise of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to work in their Melbourne CBD office. As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist in this well-established Global Rewards team, you will support the delivery of compensation and benefit programs, maintain databases and systems, conduct market research and analysis, while providing support to all areas for the region.
As the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for; Manage the delivery of reward plans, execution of all compensation and benefits programs Manage initiatives that span across compensation, rewards and benefits Researching comparable and external market data to evaluate a broad range of roles across the business Provide subject matter expertise on all compensation and benefit elements and advice to relevant stakeholders across the organisation Evaluate and make recommendations on selected business changes requiring analysis Complete and submit salary surveys, to ensure the business programs are equitable, competitive and aligned to business objectives Provide analytical support to the annual review process, including management and analysis of market competitiveness Assist with the management of protects You will have a solid history in a previous compensation or benefits role with good knowledge of associated practices and principles, as well as sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices. Open to industry background, we're looking for someone who is highly intuitive, adaptable and happy to get their hands dirty, as well as work on more strategic projects. You will ideally have worked within a global organisation previously, to understand the complexities of a large matrix and international stakeholder engagement requirements.
Previous financial services or consulting experience is preferable, however we are flexible.
