HTS is looking for an ambitious and driven recruiter to support our growth and continual improvement of our services to one of our major clients, Toyota Financial Services. Your new role Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and supported by our Sourcing team and supply chain you will be responsible for delivering talent activities into Toyota Financial Services (TFS) diverse lines of business.
The environment This key role will be based in TFSâ€™s new operations centre at Caribbean Park, Scoresby, Melbourne. Here youâ€™ll enjoy a campus-style hybrid/agile working environment surrounded by natural green spaces with a gym, cafÃ©, and plenty of free parking on campus. Your daily responsibilities will be to; Ensure all onsite SLAâ€™s are met and 100% fulfilment of all roles is conducted in a timely manner Manage requisitions via onsite vendor management system (VMS) Manage role briefings with Hiring Managers, sourcing team and Agencies Help to deliver and facilitate assessment centres Review shortlists and present them to Hiring Managers Offer management Conduct workforce planning discussions with key stakeholders and key Hiring Managers Assist with the development of strategic sourcing plans in line with the businesses talent roadmap Create agile talent pools within our ATS (Jobadder) and LinkedIn recruiter Supplier management What you'll need to succeed You will be an experience recruiter with knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and ideally exposure to recruiting high volume roles including facilitating assessment centres.
You will strive to provide outstanding customer service whilst also showcasing your passion and drive to support your wider team. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be essential to the role.
