An opportunity exists for an experienced workersâ€™ compensation professional to join our Workplace Risk practice in Sydney to provide consultancy advice to our clients, as well as assist in implementing our business development strategy. The Workplace Risk practice is a leading provider of strategic workplace risk services to some of Australiaâ€™s Top 500 companies. Reporting to the NSW State Manager (Workplace Risk), the primary focus of this role will be to provide an innovative and flexible approach to clientsâ€™ workplace risk programs, present solutions and recommend improvements in their performance.
The Role Manage and develop key existing clients Provide our clients with strategic advice in the area of policy, premium, claims and injury management Report writing and implementation of client retention strategies Support the insurance brokers as a technical expert in all aspects of workersâ€™ compensation. Manage company profile with industry contacts by identifying and maintaining strategic relationships in all key markets Engaging our strategic partners to deliver value to our company Be an active member of our consultancy team, willingly working on assigned projects Identifying and assisting with new business opportunities for the company.
